HOW WE WORK

A clear brief.
A considered proposal.

Every application brings its own constraints. We define those first, then work through the sourcing decisions with you.

01

REQUIREMENT

Understand the application.

Share the product family, end use, dimensions or drawing, operating conditions, quantity and delivery destination. Tell us what the current product gets wrong.

Next step: a brief with open questions and the acceptance requirements to resolve.

02

TECHNICAL REVIEW & SOURCING

Define what a supplier must confirm.

We explore prospective manufacturing options against the brief and ask for the proposed specification, material details and relevant evidence. Manufacturer availability and suitability are assessed for each request.

Next step: a sourcing option for review, or a clear explanation when no suitable option is identified.

03

PROPOSAL & APPROVAL

Agree the product and the terms.

Review the proposed manufacturer, scope, specification, price, quantity, estimated lead time and delivery terms. Where the application needs a drawing review, sample or test, agree that step before ordering.

Next step: a written proposal and documented approvals. An inquiry is not an order.

04

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY COORDINATION

Coordinate the agreed steps.

For an accepted order, coordinate progress and the review or inspection points included in the scope. Keep changes to specification, timing or cost visible and agreed before proceeding.

Next step: the agreed product, documentation and delivery arrangements, subject to the order terms.

WORKING MODEL

Know who does what.

TKSoft Labs focuses on sourcing and coordination. Products are intended to be supplied through third-party manufacturers. We do not present an owned factory, confirmed supplier partnership or stock programme.

Materials, tolerances, compliance evidence and delivery commitments are specific to the proposed product and written agreement.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you send a brief.

Can I start with an existing sample or part?

Yes. Describe the existing part, its application and what you want to retain or improve. We can discuss how to document a sample or drawing once the first inquiry has been reviewed.

Can you confirm a price or delivery date now?

Pricing, minimum quantities, availability and lead time depend on the specification and the proposed manufacturer. They are confirmed only in a specific proposal.

What if I need a certificate or test report?

Include the exact requirement in your brief. The proposed manufacturer must be able to provide applicable product-specific evidence for review. No general certification claim is made here.

How should I share drawings?

Start with a non-confidential summary by email. Agree the appropriate way to exchange confidential drawings or samples before sharing them. This website does not accept file uploads.

LET’S DEFINE THE NEXT STEP

Start with your requirement.

Send the application, dimensions and expected quantity. We will clarify the brief before discussing a sourcing proposal.
