This website uses an email-based inquiry flow. It does not automatically submit or store your inquiry.

The inquiry brief builder

Details entered into the brief builder stay in the current page while you review them. The builder does not use a submission service, analytics, cookies or browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page can clear the details. If you copy or download the brief, a copy is placed in your clipboard or downloaded file at your request.

Emailing TKSoft Labs

Opening the email link passes your selected draft to your configured email app. You decide whether to send it. Once you send an email, TKSoft Labs and the email providers involved handle the information you include, such as your name, email address, company and technical requirement.

How inquiry information is used

Information received by email is used to review and respond to your inquiry and maintain necessary business correspondence. It is not used to enroll you in a mailing list. If supplier input is needed, the information to be shared should be agreed before confidential technical details or personal information are forwarded.

Technical hosting data

The website’s hosting infrastructure may process technical request data to deliver and operate the website. The inquiry builder does not send your entered brief to a form-processing service.

Retention and requests

To ask about retention of information you have sent by email, or to request access, correction or deletion of information held by TKSoft Labs, contact founder@tksoftlabs.com.
